Made in Nepal, this traditional Tibetan bell, called Ghanta, is an emblematic instrument of Himalayan Buddhist rituals. Its handle is topped with a Vajra (Dorje), a symbol of spiritual strength, wisdom, and stability, while the bell is finely decorated with Tibetan mantras and traditional motifs.

In the Buddhist tradition, the Ghanta is often used in conjunction with the Vajra during ceremonies and meditative practices. Its clear and prolonged ringing accompanies moments of contemplation, marks the different stages of a ritual, or simply invites one to fully return to the present moment.

Beyond its traditional use, this bell is also appreciated for its aesthetics and delicate sound. It naturally finds its place in a meditation, yoga, or relaxation space.

Information

Cleaning

Your crystals, healing stones, and minerals will need to be cleaned regularly to preserve their energetic and vibratory properties.

Colibri Minéraux et Bien-être recommends techniques that are most respectful of the mineral structures.

  • Place in a bowl with coarse salt underneath the bowl, preferably with a cloth or tissue to avoid direct contact with the salt, for a few hours or overnight.
  • Pass through incense smoke (sage, palo santo, benzoin, cedar, myrrh, copal...) for a few minutes.
  • Rinse under clear water for a few minutes (except for Malachite, Pyrite, Selenite, Azurite, Angelite, Calcite, Fluorite, Hematite)
  • Purification by sound (Tibetan singing bowl, cymbals, tuning fork...)

Do not use chemical products.

Reload

Once cleansed, your crystals, healing stones, and minerals will need to be recharged to preserve their energetic and vibratory properties.

Colibri Minéraux et Bien-être recommends:

  • Placing them on an amethyst druse or geode
  • Placing them on a Flower of Life, or a shape wave (in our "Recharging" collection)
  • Exposing them to moonlight

For a few hours or overnight.

  • Recharging by sound (Tibetan bowl, cymbals, tuning fork...)

Please note, some minerals are sensitive to the sun and may discolor; avoid prolonged exposure.
